1. Free & Open-Source Software

SecurePass provides free, client-side cryptographic tools for public utility, educational research, and personal cybersecurity defense. All code is distributed under permissive open-source principles (MIT style).

2. Cryptographic Disclaimer

The tools and calculators on SecurePass are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While SecurePass utilizes verified cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generators (CSPRNG via window.crypto.getRandomValues), ultimate account security depends upon your choice of password manager, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and system hygiene.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SecurePass for any unlawful activities or in a manner that attempts to disrupt or impair the site's accessibility for others.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or deprecate individual tools or guides at any time without prior notice as modern cryptographic standards evolve.
